How to read it
Any row where "who acts differently" is blank is producing volume, not value. Any row where the constraint was not binding is buying speed you cannot spend.
The gap
The AI value gap is the distance between the activity AI accelerated and the structural cost it removed. In most GTM organisations, that gap is where the entire budget sits.
