Structural Leakage Audit
A step-by-step audit that locates where value leaves your GTM system, and quantifies what each leak costs.

The audit runs in four passes. Each pass produces a number, so the output is a cost, not an opinion.
Pass 1 — Map the transfers
List every handoff between Product, Marketing, Sales, CS and CRM. For each, record what is passed, in what format, and who verifies it.
Pass 2 — Measure the drop
At each transfer, compare records in versus records out over one full quarter. The delta is raw leakage.
Pass 3 — Price the drop
Multiply the delta by the average value of a record at that stage. This converts a process complaint into a budget line.
Pass 4 — Rank and close
Rank leaks by cost, not by how annoying they are. Close the top leak with a definition change before a tooling change; tooling ratifies definitions, it does not create them.
What good looks like
Every transfer has one owner, one definition, and one automated verification. Anything else will leak again within two quarters.
