Predictability is not a forecast accuracy problem. It is a question of whether the system produces the same result from the same input.

A predictable growth system is one where the same input reliably produces the same output, and where deviation is explainable. Most teams chase forecast accuracy while leaving the underlying conversion mechanics undefined.
